In 2006, we renovated the famed "Meta" building into what is now known as "OC Meta" (Meta office and retail building). The building is located right in the heart of Brno opposite of Luzanky park, and is conveniently accessible via public transport.

Thanks to Meta's great position, the retail spaces located in the bottom section of the building are ideal for shops and services. Upper section of the building serves as an office space. The owners pride themselves on supporting SMEs and start-ups by offering modern spaces for affordable prices.
